Pretty hard to get this thing to show up. Nintendo really went out of their way to make this a secret! Lots of variables go into making one of these appear.

Appear only in World 1, 3, 5, & 6 (I say world 4 in the video, but I meant 6 :P)
Must have a Hammer Bros on the map
Must have a coin multiple of 11 (ex. 11, 22, 33, 44, etc)
Score must end in "10" (ex. 8765910 or 77210 or 9810)
Must end the level with the timer on an even number

Now the last little bit can be changed to an odd number. However, I say even number because it's the easiest way to get your score to end on a "10" digit.
