Y significa que, las personas que ya fueron desahuciadas de sus casas, pueden pedir la devolución de la vivienda, e indemnización por daños y perjuicios, por haber sido desahuciados ilegalmente.

En resumen, la venta de la hipoteca a terceros y posterior desahucio por parte de los bancos es la enésima estafa de las clases extractivas a los de abajo. Pero además es una BOMBA JUDICIAL, como dice Josep Manuel Novoa (descubridor de los desahucios ilegales por titulización), porque va a hacer pagar a la banca por sus fechorías. Y esto tarde o temprano va a salir a la luz, por mucho que lo tapen los medios de incomunicación de masas."
